Fan Pulse is an independent fan poll. You do not need to sign in to vote.

Voting information

To limit repeat votes, our server processes your public IP address and converts it to a keyed, poll-specific hash. For IPv6 we use a network prefix. We store that hash with your selected contestant, poll and vote time. We do not store your raw IP address in the voting database. This identifier is pseudonymous, not anonymous.

Voting identifiers are removed after 90 days by our weekly maintenance job. Aggregate totals are kept for historical results. Short-lived hashed network identifiers also limit repeated attempts.

Service providers

Vercel hosts this website and processes requests, including IP addresses and infrastructure logs. Supabase stores poll data and administrator accounts. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information to check for bots. Their own retention practices apply to their service logs. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Browser storage and advertising

The admin area stores a sign-in session in the administrator’s browser. Visitors do not need an account. We currently run no advertising or analytics trackers. We will update this notice and implement any required consent controls before enabling advertising.
